 Are you plagued with tweaser arms, a sparrow bird chest, pretzel rod neck, pelican thighs, matchstick wrists? Do women try and hang their coats on you when you turn sideways? Do children look at you and say: "Look! An umbrella with a face"! Or are you a pitiable fatty, afraid to wear a bathing suit. A pathetic slob who couldn't pass up a Twinkie to save his life! Then Muscle Building Magic is the site for you.

Before getting started, let's add some levity, and watch this favorite 1949 old film clip of mine.  It shows 10 strongmen in a tug of war with ''Mighty Joe Young".

I teach only the latest scientific training principles, with a respect for the old fashioned natural strongman. No drugs here! In short, I give you the best of the old, along with the new. No reinventing the wheel, yet thinking outside the box. Learning from past mistakes, but not afraid to try something new. In short, intelligent change, not change for the sake of change.

I offer products I personally test myself. Honesty is this sites guiding light. When something has been demonstrably proven beyond a shadow of a doubt, you will be told. When things simply don't work, I'll tell you! And if there is a grey area, and I simply don't know, I'll tell you that too! There are already enough con men out there, I don't need to add to their increasingly despicable numbers. I offer a site scientific, honest, and natural.

This site is primarily geared towards those desiring big muscles, but there will also be information on strength and power lifting, and training for martial arts. Stretching is an important aspect of a well conditioned body, and is facilitated by correct breathing. Philosophy and mindset improves motivation and will power. Correct eating is paramount, and there will be articles on diet and nutrition as well.

 I will be searching for food supplements, backed up by non-biased independent research, from scientific journals. All supplement companies have a stake in stacking the evidence in their favor, so I will be looking for research peer tested by independent researchers. Since this is a relatively new site, it will take some time to perfect, but rest assured I will be updating it frequently. Be sure to check in regularly, as I add new material, and make new contacts with different companies.
